Terms of Service

Welcome to PictoGo (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ZHONG LIAN INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the PictoGo application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, UI designs, graphics, and branding assets (collectively, the "Content") are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and various other intellectual property rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial image editing purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content and Content Ownership

Because all operations occur locally on your client device, you are solely responsible for managing, storing, and securing backups of your media files. We are not liable for any data loss regarding your pictures resulting from system crashes or application uninstallation.

3. Prohibited User Activities

You may not use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user of the App, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Modify, adapt, improve, translate, or create derivative works from the App software;
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights using the App;
• Use the App to generate, modify, or process content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or harmful;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App, including those protecting In-App Purchase integrations.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

PictoGo may offer optional premium features, filters, or expansions via Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). If you choose to purchase or subscribe to these features:

• All payment processing, invoicing, transactions, and renewals are handled directly through Apple App Store billing systems;
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the termination of the active evaluation term;
• All fees are non-refundable through us. Any refund claims must be addressed directly to Apple Support in accordance with App Store standard guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. You agree that your use of the App and our services will be at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content and assume no liability or responsibility for any (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of processing; (2) personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App; (3) any unauthorized access to local device cache.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where ZHONG LIAN INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS LTD is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications and Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App or update features at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. You may terminate your usage at any time by deleting the App from your mobile devices. We also reserve the right to deny access to or terminate your license to use the App if you violate any clauses within these Terms.
